Things have been busy at the southern end of Swan Hill Memorial Park.
The grass in our new Lawn D area has taken off and we now have 3 new beams laid.
It is expected that Lawn D will be ready for interments within the next 6 months, just as Lawn C becomes full.
The new section will hold 570 new burials and will have the same upright memorialisation’s/headstones that currently exists in Lawn C.
In addition to the development of Lawn D is the large car park that now adjoins it.
The easiest access to Lawn D and parking will be via the new gates on Wattie Street.

Swan Hill Cemetery Trust is responsible for various cemetery locations in and around Swan Hill and provides a vital service to the district. It is administered by a statutory board of government appointed trust members representing a diverse section of the community.
